Adults with special needs will exhibit their works during the High Hopes Art and Photography Fair in the Merc, a stand-alone venue on the campus of the Old Town Temecula Community Theater. The High Hopes program puts on events for adults with special needs. The artist reception will be 5 p.m.-6 p.m. May 25, but the art will be on display until May 29.
