The High Hopes program is set to give digital photography classes at the Mary Phillips Senior Center. The High Hopes program puts on classes and events for adults with special needs. The best photos will go on display during the High Hopes Art and Photography Fair May 25-29. The classes will happen every Thursday from Jan. 13 to May 26, except for March 31 and April 7.
