Celebrate your "unbirthday" at this afternoon tea party. Etiquette expert Angela Sturdivant will teach manners in a fun way. There will be sweet treats and a chance to learn grace in any situation. Registration begins one month prior to the program at the library's reception desk. This event is for grades 7-12.
