Grapeline Wine Tours Expands Santa Barbara Wine Country Offerings

SANTA BARBARA, CA — Grapeline Wine Tours, based out of Temecula, California, is launching a unique experience for wine lovers in Santa Barbara. The event, dubbed "Bottled Poetry," will take place in the Santa Ynez Valley and adds to the company's Santa Barbara wine tour options.

The “Bottled Poetry” tour, a Kay Syrah Signature Series event, will debut for the first time on January 27th in Santa Barbara.

"Usually, our special tours happen only in Temecula," a spokesperson for Grapeline said. "This (type of tour) is definitely a first in Santa Barbara."

The elevated tour starts at Firestone Vineyard at Los Olivos, where a host will offer exclusive access to the lower terraces (weather permitting), history and library rooms, barrel room, and the members-only wine club lounge. Indulge in estate wines paired with charcuterie.

As part of the Foley Food & Wine Society, Firestone will also provide a sampling of wines from its sister properties, Lincourt Vineyards & Foley Estates Vineyard.

Next stop? Vega Vineyard & Farm in Buellton. Savor a three-course farm-to-table artisanal menu prepared by the in-house chef and award-winning wines by winemaker Steve Clifton that complement each dish.

"After wining and dining, explore the grounds, which feature a farm stand, a charming boutique, and farm animals you can hand-feed.

"The grand finale occurs at the newly renovated Fess Parker Winery & Vineyard, where a custom-curated tasting flight awaits.
