Helicopter Circles South Temecula, Police Activity Reported

TEMECULA, CA —A Riverside County Sheriff's helicopter circled south Temecula early Wednesday morning. Police were in the area, according to Riverside County Sheriff's Department.

A military-type vehicle was also seen blocking De Portola Road at approximately 6:15 a.m.

"Some investigations were open in the area, and officers may be at work on those," Deputy Stephanie Flores told Patch. "There is no danger to the public at this time."
