Missing Temecula Woman Found: Sheriff

TEMECULA, CA — An 80-year-old Temecula woman reported missing overnight in Temecula was found Monday morning after 8 a.m., the Southwest Riverside County Sheriff's Department shared over social media.

A Silver Alert remained in place until she was located.

The woman was last seen at 8:30 p.m. Monday in the South Temecula neighborhood of Paseo Del Sol, and the Riverside County Sheriff's Department searched for her overnight. Neighbors searched camera footage from security and doorbell cameras, assisting in the search.

Her condition was not revealed, and her name and photos have been removed as a courtesy to the family.

The Silver Alert program was established by the CHP to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearance of elderly, developmentally disabled, or cognitively impaired individuals.
