Mr. Ritter's E-mail to all TVEA members was just a placating move. All he can do is blame the Governor of our State of California. TVUSD's proposal to the teachers exchanges $1 million dollars for increased class sizes. Teachers do not want increased class sizes for any amount of money he has to offer! All teachers take note and vote "NO" on the Tentative Agreement! Temecula Valley Unified School District is "Tight on their budget" according to Mr. Ritter, is this because of inflated Adminstration costs, Mr. Ritter?
