The Lake Elsinore mother, Emily Lynn Moon, reportedly took her two boys during a custody visit last month.

TEMECULA, CA --- Two children allegedly abducted by their mother during a custody visit last month in El Monte were located in Temecula, where the woman was arrested, police said today.

The father of the 6- and 10-year-old boys dropped them off about noon on May 21 for a supervised visit with their mother, 32-year-old Emily Lynn Moon,at a McDonald's restaurant in the 11600 block of Valley Boulevard, according to El Monte police.

The boys were with Moon when the designated court monitor left momentarily. The monitor returned and found that Moon and the children were no longer in the restaurant, police said.
