Trio Arrested After Temecula Stake Out for Drug Sales at Local Hotel, Police Say
In addition to narcotics, police say they recovered a stolen vehicle.

TEMECULA, CA – Temecula police say a surveillance operation outside a local hotel ended in the discovery of a drug-selling operation and the arrest of three people.
According to Sgt. Geoffrey Green, it all started when the Temecula Police Department got word that narcotics were being sold at a local hotel. Officers headed out to the location on Wednesday morning to check it out.
"Officers conducted surveillance and watched as several people engaged in drug sales," Green said in a news release on Thursday. "The investigation lead officers to a room in the hotel where Jeffrey Webster, Romi Zayak, and Amber Terrazas were detained."

What's more— police say the man, Webster, had a car key on him that unlocked a stolen Nissan Versa, which was parked at a nearby restaurant parking lot. That car had been stolen out of Mission Viejo, according to police.
"A search of the vehicle revealed Webster’s wallet, driver's license, and his belongings," Green said. "The Nissan had license plates attached that had not been reported stolen yet."
Ultimately, the three people at the hotel were arrested on the following charges (information provided by Temecula PD):
- Jeffrey Webster (33 years, from Lake Forest), was arrested for Possession of Stolen Property, Narcotic Sales, Falsely Represented Himself as Another Person, and Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance.
- Amber Terrazas (34 years, from Menifee) was arrested for Possession of Narcotics, Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, and Misdemeanor Warrants.
- Romi Zayak (28 years, from Fallbrook) was arrested for Possession of Xanax, and being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance.
