
The Southeast Ventura County YMCA is hosting its 27th Annual National Day of Prayer Breakfast. The breakfast is on Thursday, May 7, at CLU’s Gilbert Sports Center (130 Overton Court, Thousand Oaks). The breakfast brings together people of all faiths to pray for friends, family, government leaders, the nation, and the world. The theme this year is “Hope & Peace.” The prayer breakfast is from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and will include speakers and spiritual and community leaders providing invocations and prayers. CLU President Dr. John Nunes is the keynote speaker. Individual tickets are $30 per person. Table reservations are available.
