3 Young Teens Arrested For Laptop Theft
The teens are just 13 to 15 years old, and were released to their parents.

UNION CITY, CA — Three teens were arrested Sunday evening at a BART station after they allegedly stole a laptop from a person at a Union City business, police said.
An officer was dispatched at 6:15 p.m. to the 1700 block of Decoto Road after someone reported the robbery.
Police said several suspects entered the business and forcefully stole the laptop from the victim.

The suspects ran from the business but a witness followed them to a BART station and detained them until police arrived.

Police said the laptop was returned to the victim. A 13-year-old Hayward youth, a 15-year-old Oakland youth and a 14-year-old San Pablo youth were arrested on suspicion of robbery and conspiracy.
Police said the three were released to their parents with a notice to appear in court.
