Green Oak Developmental Center, The ARC & UCLS will be co-hosting their annual Halloween-themed special need social.  There will be music provided by DJ RC Bigman, snacks, beverages, great games and lots of cool prizes. Don't forget to wear your favorite Halloween costume.
