Niles Merchants Association presents the Niles Tree Lighting and Festival of Lights Parade. The parade will feature characters such as Madeline, Winnie the Pooh and Corduroy Bear. In addition, there will be marching bands, floats, specialty units, tap dancing Christmas trees and Santa Claus.
