Join in the fun at Old Alvarado - Cesar Chavez Park for our annual Park & Playground Summer Carnival.
The theme this year is "The Final Fun-tier!" Enjoy game and snack booths with a local flavor - hosted by the participants and leaders of the summer teen and youth programs.
