Union City Man Arrested Following East Bay Shooting Death Probe
The other suspects are from Fremont and Hayward.

UNION CITY, CA — Four men have been arrested on suspicion of a fatal shooting in Hayward last October, police said Thursday.
Cristian Inocencio, 19, of Fremont, Jonathan Delacruz, 24, of Union City, Daniel Angulo-Armenta, 20, and Kevin Gonzalez, 27, both of Hayward, are in custody in connection with the Oct. 4 shooting on West A Street that killed 25-year-old Yeison Toroc.
Officers had responded at about 6:50 p.m. that day to the shooting and found Toroc, a Hayward resident who succumbed to his injuries at a hospital, according to police.

Investigators identified the four suspects and arrested them all Thursday, police said.
