Union City Primary Election Information

UNION CITY, CA — If you received an absentee/vote-by-mail ballot for the June 5 primary election, mailing the ballot back isn't your only option. You can also drop your ballot off at the City Hall ballot box, which is accessible 24 hours a day from now until 8 p.m. on election day. At 8 p.m. on June 5, the polls close and the ballot box will be locked and unable to accept more ballots.
Quick facts: there are 36,152 registered voters in Union City out of roughly 75,000 residents. There were 25,882 ballots cast in Union City during the November 2016 General Election.
