• Upland City Council restores mobile home rent stabilization (sbsun.com) — Upland’s City Council has reinstated mobile home rent stabilization, restoring long-standing protections while allowing higher space rents when homes are sold to new, unrelated buyers. The 3-2 decision, prompted by the city manager’s admitted oversight last year, will take effect June 11 and impacts six parks with more than 869 spaces across the city.
