5 BMWs Burn at Westside Dealership; Arson Suspect Arrested
VIDEO, PHOTOS: Authorities believe the luxury cars were set on fire around 10:30 Wednesday night.
A suspected arsonist believed to have set a fire at a BMW dealership in Santa Monica, torching five luxury vehicles, is in custody today, police said.
The five BMWs were set on fire around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday at Santa Monica BMW at the intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and 12th Street, said Santa Monica police Sgt. Christopher Smith.

The suspect was arrested by police near the scene of the fire at the time of the incident, added Santa Monica Sgt. Robert Villegas.
