The School of Health & Environmental Services (SHES) will sponsor it's 6th Annual Health & Fitness Fair for the community. The event will include 'mini-classes' for beginning and experienced gardeners.
The highlight will be dinner meals prepared by students from the own 1-acre campus Food Forest.
Organic gardening, drought irrigation, food science, fitness entertainment and displays of health service organizations will be featured.
