Large Gray Whale Spotted in Marina del Rey Harbor
It was first seen off the coast of Topanga Canyon.
A large gray whale first spotted off the coast of Topanga Canyon later moved to Marina del Rey where it entertained various people.
The animal did not appear to be distressed. Whales normally are migrating to Baja California around this time, according to ABC7.
Authorities were telling people to avoid getting too close to the whale, both for its sake and theirs.
