Venice Power Outage Affects Nearly 1,000 Customers
Crews are trying to determine what caused the power outage.
Power was interrupted today to about 970 customers in the Venice area, authorities said.
The outage in the area of Redwood Avenue and Marina Pointe Drive was reported around 4:20 a.m., according to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.
It was not immediately known what caused the outage. Crews were sent to handle the problem.
