Watch: Recognize this Westside Burglar?

Police today sought the public’s help in locating the man who burglarized a Westwood home.

The suspect entered a home in the 700 block of South Beverly Glen Boulevard, near Wilshire Boulevard, about 1 p.m. on April 21 by forcing his way through the rear bedroom door, police said.

The suspect took the victim’s property from the top dresser drawer then left through the same rear door. He was last seen leaving through the backyard, police said.

The suspect was described as having short dark hair and being of medium height. He was wearing a white long-sleeved, button-up shirt, blue jeans and carrying a dark backpack with the “Air Jordan” logo on it.

Anyone with any information regarding the suspect was asked to call detectives at the Los Angeles Police Department’s West Los Angeles Station at (310) 444-1522.
