• Vista orders demolition of nuisance buildings at future housing site (thecoastnews.com) — Vista’s City Council has ordered the demolition of the long-vacant New Community Church property downtown, clearing the way for a 176-unit Park Avenue Apartments project after declaring the site a public nuisance.
