Do You Know Me? Call Walnut Creek PD

WALNUT CREEK, CA — The Walnut Creek Police Department released a surveillance photograph Monday hoping the public can assist with identification of a man sought in connection with suspected credit-card fraud.

"The depicted male used a fraudulent credit card with the victim's stolen account information on it," police said.
