Broadway Plaza is hosting three staffed open houses to share evolving site-plan layouts with the Walnut Creek community on Dec. 1, 6 and 13 at the shopping center's Concierge.
Drawings from the in-process master plan will be on view, and planning staff will be available to answer questions on these dates from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
A baseline for the master-plan process includes two commitments from Macerich -- to fully park the project per City requirements onsite with full size parking spaces, and honor the City’s General Plan Height limits.
The community design effort, which began with research and focus groups last spring, included three public meetings this fall to gather and build on residents' ideas.

An eventual master plan likely will be submitted for formal City of Walnut Creek review in 2012.
