The Devil Mountain OCD Support and Information Group will begin on the 19th of January and meet the 3rd Thursday of each month thereafter. We will discuss OCD treatment including CBT, ERP and medications. Additional topics will include skin picking and body image issues. This group is open to adults, teens and seniors and families dealing with OCD.
