Our Method

We partner with hospitals and rehabilitation clinics to help those affected by heart disease to have a positive patient-care experience. We provide our services through visiting programs, support group meetings and educational forums. Everyone who has had a heart event and their family is welcome at our meetings and please bring a friend if you wish. You don’t have to join Mended Hearts to hear our speakers and participate.
