Rules and regulations governing all aspects of home buying have changed radically in just the past few years. Despite the economic downturn and slow recovery, home pricing is at record lows—an historic opportunity for knowledgeable, savvy buyers.
The Contra Costa Association of REALTORS® is organizing and producing a multi-faceted event designed to give consumers the knowledge, tools and resources they need to take advantage of a truly historic home buying market. The Once in a Lifetime Home Buyers Expo will be presented on Saturday, March 31 from 9am to 3pm at the Concord Hilton Hotel.
The event will feature speakers, panels and personal consultants across the spectrum of the residential real estate sector. No selling will be allowed; the purpose is strictly to inform consumers and admission is free to the public.
