Shu Ren International School in Berkeley offers a Mandarin immersion education for Pre-K through 8th Grade (currently through 4th). We will be enrolling Pre-K (Ages 2.5 - 4) through 5th Grade for 2012-13. No prior Chinese language exposure is required for admission through 1st grade.
Shu Ren is unique in providing a Mandarin-English dual immersion education within an inquiry-based, transdisciplinary curriculum framework that stresses critical thinking skills, in-depth learning, and global competence.
