The Walnut Creek Civic Pride Foundation is now accepting applications for its 2019 Community Grant Program. The deadline is Oct. 7.
Since 1992, the Foundation has raised and disbursed more than $650,000 to Walnut Creek organizations and programs. Past grant recipients have included:
