Hawk Soaring At Sunset: Photo Of The Day

WALNUT CREEK, CA — Eric Graham is responsible for this moment of beauty now frozen in time. Eric tells Patch, "I took this just before sunset tonight (March 27) from the Shell Ridge open space near the Sutherland trail entrance. I got some good close ups of the hawk when it was overhead, but this shot actually shows the hawk appear to be over downtown Walnut Creek."
