Montecatini Ristorante: Changes In Walnut Creek

WALNUT CREEK, CA — Montecatini Ristorante has been serving up Italian favorites for more than three decades, and is a favorite for generations of Walnut Creek families.

Now, the restaurant is changing ownership, according to Diablo Magazine. But don't worry about the future. Longtime employees Taylor and Terrance George are buying the eatery and Chef Ermes Paulin will continue to run the kitchen.

Your lasagne, scallops al limone, and pepper steak should all taste the same.

However, just as happens when someone buys a new home, the Georges are expected to redecorate.
