Red-Winged Blackbird In Field Of Flowers: Photos Of The Day

WALNUT CREEK, CA — Eric Graham took some lovely photos last spring, just as the weather warmed and wildlife became more visible in Walnut Creek open space. He tells Patch, "The red-winged blackbirds like to perch in the flowers and show off their epaulets while shouting their distinct song."
