Bike to Work Week & Bike to Work & School Day

It’s Bike to Work Day on May 8th! Pedal your way to a stronger body and a healthier planet. Looking for more ways to reduce your carbon footprint? Reduce the amount of trash you generate; landfills are the third-largest source of human-caused GHG methane emissions (US EPA 2009). Another waste reduction idea: check out your local bike shop for a great deal on a used bike.

Over 60 breakfast sites throughout the County will be participating. Free delicious, healthy food will be available at the sites from 6:30-9:30 a.m.
