WATSONVILLE, CA — A man who allegedly made lewd comments to several children in Watsonville was arrested Wednesday, police said. Mark Leonardich, 63, was arrested a day after a concerned mother snapped photos of a man in a car who made the inappropriate comments to her children, according to Watsonville police. The mother alerted police to the incident, which occurred in the area of Bockius and Lincoln streets. Leonardich was gone when officers arrived but the next day, they arrested him on suspicion of soliciting a lewd act in a public place.
