Deputies Capture Wanted Man In Watsonville
Erivan Chavez was taken into custody after he was spotted in a vehicle near Orchard Park Market at 2239 E. Lake Avenue.
WATSONVILLE, CA — A man who had a felony warrant out for his arrest was captured in Watsonville, the Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Department reported Saturday. With assistance from the Watsonville Police Department, deputies arrested Erivan Chavez after he was spotted in a vehicle near Orchard Park Market at 2239 E. Lake Avenue.
According to the sheriff's department, deputies found 58 grams of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and a fixed blade knife on Chavez.
