Man On Probation In Watsonville Accused Of Possessing Stolen Gun
Two men were working on a car, which was partially blocking the street when deputies found them.

WATSONVILLE, CA β A man on probation was recently arrested in Watsonville after deputies on patrol allegedly found a gun stolen hidden in the engine compartment of his car. David Rueda was working on his car, which was blocking part of the road, with Bernardino Sanchez when he was contacted by deputies, officials said.
Deputies searched Ruedaβs vehicle and made the discovery. Rueda was arrested on suspicion of possessing a stolen gun. Sanchez was allegedly in possession of an altered airsoft pistol and was given a citation.
