New AT&T Store Opens Doors
The new location offers more services and a 100 percent bilingual staff.
A new, bigger and better AT&T store opened Thursday in the Target shopping center.
The store, at 1439 Main St.—just around the corner from the prior location—is modeled after a San Francisco AT&T location and offers a whole range of new customer services, AT&T Director of Sales Sean Perez, a Watsonville High grad, explained.
Thursday's ribbon cutting drew AT&T senior staff from across the region, representatives of the Pajaro Valley Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture, City Councilman Lowell Hurst and Mayor Daniel Dodge.

"It's exciting to see this vacant storefront come alive," Dodge said.
The store has three self-service pay stations, because Pajaro Valley customers like to pay their bills in person, and a recycling center where people can turn in old phones and batteries. All of AT&T's latest gadgets, from tablets to smartphones, are on display, including U-Verse television—there's actually live TV playing in the store.

Also, the staff is 100 percent bilingual.
The store is open 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday to Friday, 10-7 on Saturday and 10-6 on Sunday.
