'There's wisdom here': Artist uses photography to share farmworkers' stories (ksl.com) — A Watsonville-raised photographer is documenting local farmworkers' lives through intimate portraits and recorded stories, aiming to honor the wisdom and resilience she grew up around in Jardines del Valle. After college and graduate studies, she returned home to launch "Palabra Campesina," a carefully protected online platform that shares these stories while prioritizing the privacy and dignity of Watsonville's farmworker community.
