Watsonville gets Moody's Downgrade Due to Debt

As Elections are just around the corner in Watsonville, The Gadfly has heard that the Councilor from District 4 is running again. It seems consistent with District 4 Representative, Eduardo Montesino, who's own financial picture is rife with distress and nonpayment of money's owned, that the City of Watsonville is now in the same position. Moody's recently downgraded the city due to high debt and a high average of low income residents. I would believe that Mr Montesino could qualify for this. But he seems to live a Champagne Lifestyle on a Bubble Gum income. He purchased a home for $800,000 in 2005 and then lost it for nonpayment of loan in 2012.
Who knows what financial shenanigans went on with that. All is revealed at the county records department, if you care to do your research. Be prepared to be shocked. He has another 1 or maybe 2 similar properties.Representative Montesino from Watsonville also has Alvera court cases that seem to be outstanding with money he owes several different groups.
