Watsonville Shooting Injured Man Tuesday Night
BREAKING: Police said the victim was uncooperative.

WATSONVILLE, CA — Watsonville police are investigating a shooting Tuesday that sent a man to a hospital with a head injury. On Tuesday, officers were dispatched to the Watsonville Community Hospital emergency room on a report of a victim of a shooting, police said.
Officers arrived at the hospital and contacted the victim, a 19-year-old man, who was being treated for a gunshot wound to his head. His wound was not life-threatening and did not appear to be self-inflicted,
police said.
The victim was conscious and coherent, but would not cooperate with the investigation. He would not say where or when the shooting occurred or who was responsible, police said. Officers were also unable to determine if the shooting even happened in Watsonville, police said.The victim was treated and released.
