• Wrong-Way Big Rig Crashes Near Weed Rest Area; Driver Arrested on DUI Suspicion (siskiyou.news) — A wrong-way big rig driving south in the northbound lanes of I‑5 near the Weed Rest Area crashed off the roadway after multiple motorists called it in. Thankfully, no other vehicles were hit and no injuries were reported, but CHP-Yreka is using the close call as a reminder to stay alert on local highways.
