Additional grants support health and mental health programs across Sacramento and Yolo counties.

Pride parade, West Sacramento plant reopens: Your weekend news roundup (sacbee.com) — A major bottling plant in West Sacramento has restarted under new ownership, bringing back 94 jobs—most to former workers—and planning to hire 30 more, a meaningful boost for local families. The weekend roundup also notes Sacramento Pride festivities, state workers receiving Medals of Valor, and several broader regional and state stories, but the plant’s reopening is the key development for West Sacramento residents.
