Only Three Arrested at Halloween Revelers Halloween Carnaval
Halloween revelers were pretty well behaved at West Hollywood's massive Halloween Carnaval.

Three arrests were reported at West Hollywood’s annual Halloween Carnaval, a sheriff’s sergeant said.
The event had been predicted to draw a half-million revelers to party in the streets, and pay tribute to the 40th anniversary of the cult classic movie “The Rocky Horror Picture Show.”
The Carnaval officially lasted from 6 to 11 p.m., but people remained in the streets until at least 3 a.m.
