Dialog Cafe Announces Temporary Home at Sun Rose Hotel After Devastating West Hollywood Water Main Break (wehotimes.com) — Dialog Cafe is preparing to reopen from a temporary spot inside the Sun Rose Hotel on Sunset Boulevard after July's massive water main break flooded its historic Holloway Drive home in West Hollywood. While repairs continue on the 1937 Rudolph Schindler–designed building, regulars will soon be able to enjoy their favorite breakfast burritos, coffee, and matcha again just up the street. An exact opening date hasn't been announced yet.

West Hollywood Inclusionary Housing Fee May Hit $825K (wehoonline.com) — West Hollywood is weighing a major increase in the in-lieu affordable housing fee for small apartment projects, potentially up to $825,200 on a six-unit building. A Planning Commission hearing Thursday at City Hall will shape how much affordable housing must be built on-site versus paid out in fees, especially near future K Line stations and larger density-bonus projects.
