With weather this good, why not head outside for a change? West Hollywood Patch's Get Fit column kicks off with a core workout by personal trainer Bryna Carracino in .

Carracino has been training groups and individuals in parks all over Los Angeles for over the past five years, and her specialty is targeting the mid section.

In the accompanying video, she teaches West Hollywood residents how to work their core. From planks to jump squats, these exercises are sure to tighten up the mid section, and strengthen the entire body.
