• Dad Seeks Psychologist's Evaluation of Mom Accused of Killing 3 Children (mynewsla.com subscription) — A psychologist with an office in Westlake Village is being pressed in court to turn over records from her evaluations of a mother later found not guilty by reason of insanity in the deaths of her three children. The children’s father is suing Los Angeles police and county officials, arguing her mental health history is central to his case. A Pasadena judge will consider the records dispute at a September hearing.
