Mommy Rave is an early-evening dance experience created by moms, for moms, and truly for any woman who gives a lot of herself to life and is ready to receive something back.
You have done the therapy. The breathwork. The journaling at 6 am. And all of it matters, truly. But so does filling your own cup.
Sometimes self-care does not look like stillness. Sometimes it looks like music moving through your body, connecting, dancing, letting go, and remembering that your body already knows how to feel joy.
No late nights. No pressure. No expectations. Just music, connection, and the kind of aliveness you cannot force, but feel the moment you walk in.
