• Initial results in for two Mendocino County supervisor races • The Mendocino Voice (mendovoice.com) — Early results in Tuesday’s election show Eric Hart narrowly leading the open District 3 Mendocino County supervisor race that includes Willits, with Buffey Wright Bourassa just five votes behind. Ted Williams currently leads in District 5. Ballots are still being counted, and if no candidate tops 50%, the top two in each race will advance to November.
   

• Fort Bragg's summer celebrations will feature ‘The World's Largest Salmon BBQ' (nbclosangeles.com) — Willits residents looking for summer outings will see nearby Fort Bragg spotlighted for its July 4 “World’s Largest Salmon BBQ,” raising funds for salmon restoration along the Mendocino coast.
