Hook’d on Knitting is a bright open spaced store that visiting customers have told me on countless occasions, that it’s by far the nicest yarn stores they’ve ever seen.

My shop has high quality custom built in fixtures with hardwood floors.

There is free parking in the back as well as undercover for approximately 600 cars.

Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in learning more about this opportunity.

Thanks

Arlene Dyne

Prior to the “recession” there were at least nine stores which sold yarn as their focus business . Chatsworth had two, Granada Hills had another, Encino, Tarzana, Toluca Lake, Lake Balboa, Studio City, and Burbank each had a store or two.

So while Michaels, Joann’s, Walmart, and the newest addition Hobby Lobby in Burbank can offer volume pricing they are lacking the higher quality specialty yarns, on staff expertise for the novice, and the camaraderie of a smaller, dedicated environment, favorably found in a local store.

Today the SFV has six retail stores for yarn afficenado’s (crochet or knit) and one mobile (!) store.
